How billing, cancellations and limits work.
Can I change or cancel my plan anytime?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account billing page. Changes take effect immediately or at the end of your current billing cycle depending on Stripe's proration.
What happens if I hit my DMCA or skip-queue limits?
Limits reset each billing cycle. Once reached you can wait for the next reset or upgrade to a plan with expanded or unlimited limits.
Do you store my payment details?
No. All sensitive payment information is handled entirely by Stripe. We only store metadata needed to link your Stripe subscription to your Arifity account.
Is there a free trial?
We don't offer a free trial at this time, but you can cancel before your next billing date and not be charged again. All plans are billed at the start of the cycle.
